East Harptree Big Arts Weekend
19-20 October 2024
East Harptree Theatre & Arts Hub
The East Harptree Big Arts Weekend is an exhibition and weekend of workshops hosted by nine artists from East Harptree. In the absence of the Chew Valley Arts Trail this year, a group of artists from East Harptree have decided to come together to host their own exhibition, which includes the artists in residence at the Arts Hub.
Alongside the full exhibits will be a special local East and West Harptree artists group exhibit, as well as art workshops that everyone can get involved with, alongside tea, coffee and locally made cakes!

Mary's subjects are varied, from landscapes and portraiture to still-life, and it is the play of light and resulting colours and tones that concerns her. Mary likes to convey the responses to these observations and feeling for intense colour through the physicality of paint.
