Arts Hub Open Studio & Exhibition
So excited to announce our upcoming Open Studios and Exhibition!
 
Artists in Residence Amy Hutchings and Emma Powell will be exhibiting a selection of artwork created over their year's residency at the Arts Hub.

Drop by the Arts Hub to see the creative magic that's been happening this year in the studio and maybe take home an artwork with you! There will be prints by @amyhutchingsprints and pottery by @emmapowelletc - check out their work beforehand or get in touch via email!

​Free Parent and Baby Art Hour

 

✨Excited to announce our new FREE art wellbeing sessions for parent and baby in Chew Magna Baptist Church!

👩🏽‍🎨 Hosted by our fabulous Arts Hub artists in residence Amy Hutchings (weeks 21 & 28th Jan) and Emma Powell (weeks 4 & 11th Feb), they will encourage shared exploration of art through simple activities such as hand printing and making baby mobiles

Art Outreach Workshops​

Artists in residence Emma Powell and Amy Hutchings ran some amazing art workshops with Pensford Primary School and East Harptree Primary School throughout October and November.

​The Big Arts Weekend 

The second year running of the Big Arts Weekend over the 8-9th November was a fantastic success! Thank you to all the artists who took part, the exhibition looked incredible, and thank you to those who visited the show and supported the artists - there was a great buzz in the Village Hall!

👩‍🎨Guest artists included Amy Hostler, Meg Lovell, Steve Thomas, Giuliana Terran, Alison Gibson, Sue Hemmings, Len Willis, Emilia Gonzalez and Keri Green (Arts Hub artist in residence 2024).
