The Arts Hub Brunch on Sunday 10th May 2026 at the East Harptree Village Hall brought together a vibrant mix of creativity, collaboration, and community spirit. Everyone who joined contributed to a unique village creation that reflected the collective vision of all visitors. There was also a lot of tea and cake eaten and really positive feedback for the day!

Bringing Imagination to Life
The highlight of the brunch was the collaborative village project. Each person added their own touch, and the final piece was a lively, detailed village that showcased the diversity of ideas and styles.
Special thanks go to our Artists in Residence Jasmine and Ali, whose energy and enthusiasm made the morning welcoming and fun. We hope some of the Chew Valley community have now been introduced to the two artists and know a bit about what we do. Their guidance helped people of all ages and skill levels feel comfortable and excited to participate.
Events like this require more than just artists and participants. A big thank you to the team working quietly behind the scenes in the cafe: Daisy, Patrick, Roxanne, and the artists from the Big Arts Weekend. Their efforts ensured everything ran smoothly, from setting up materials to managing the schedule.
