What a fantastic Illustration workshop run by our artist in residence, Keri Green, on Saturday 29th June! Students of the workshop created sequential illustrations using watercolour and pencil to illustrate the passing of time through memories and emotions, using the theme of the Chew Valley Lake. Keri did an amazing job of inspiring everyone through her teaching to make really creative illustrations.
The final pieces will be in a group exhibition on 6th July 2:30-5pm at St Laurence Church as part of the Rising Waters Creative Celebration Day, alongside the Roman Writing Tablet works created at Louis Neale's workshop and many other art, writing and music activities!
A project in collaboration with Rising Waters Community Project and the Arts Hub, funded by Valley Arts
